Welcome to the Fox Run at Oak Grove website! Fox Run is a private residential community, built in 1988, and is located in Exton, PA. The mission of the Fox Run Homeowners' Association is to ensure the preservation and enhancement of the quality of life and property values of the residents within our community. Our community website was developed by the Fox Run Homeowners' Association to serve as an informative resource for both our neighborhood and our local community.
We encourage all residents to participate in making our community the best that it can be. We hope that all residents will use this site as a resource and forum to keep abreast of community activities and Board initiatives. Fox Run at Oak Grove is a community of 81 townhomes located in the heart of beautiful Chester County. Our community is situated on Shoen Road just off Route 100 in West Whiteland Township, Exton, one of the more desirable residential areas in suburban Philadelphia.
Fox Run is a restricted covenant community governed by a Declaration of Covenants, Conditions and Restrictions, a set of By-laws, Rules & Regulations, and is maintained by a professional management company. All unit owners are members of the Homeowners' Association which is overseen by a Board of Directors. This website serves as the official communications channel from the Board, and is the best place to find information about our community.
Fox Run is conveniently located near major travel arteries - the PA Turnpike, Route 30, the Route 202 corridor, and the Amtrak and Septa Rail Lines. The area is convenient to many major corporate parks and businesses, and is the major shopping district of Chester County, with both the Exton Square Mall and Main Street at Exton, while King of Prussia is just minutes away.
Though tucked away in a quiet neighborhood, Fox Run is conveniently located near several major highways (Routes 30, 202, 100, and the PA Turnpike) and is located between Downingtown and West Chester (both of which have a great downtown area).
